Laura Inskeep is a PRP Direct Care Worker who obtained her Associates in Mental Health and Human Services at the Community College of Baltimore County in 2004. Laura has worked in residential care since 2010 and PRP community outreach since 2015. Laura enjoys helping people and seeing how far they have come. Laura spends her spare time with her husband and beautiful daughter.
