Zoraida Younger is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore for her Master of Social Work with a dual concentration in Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance Programming. Zoraida believes it is important to consider the mind-body-spirit connection as she helps clients uncover their strengths. Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, grief, and reproductive mental health. Her work is influenced by mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other techniques to equip clients with the tools needed to help move toward healing. When she’s not empowering clients Zoraida enjoys nature walks, reading thriller or contemporary novels, and trying new pressure-cooker recipes.
